I ordered a couple of pillows, but only received one and was billed for both. When I reached out to customer service, they contacted the warehouse and discovered they only had a single pillow available. Clearly, there’s a problem with their stock management and website updates. On the bright side, the refund for the missing pillow was processed pretty fast.

I got a defective item, so I asked for a return and a refund. They handled it quickly, but then I heard from Costco. Apparently, this seller takes the order and then puts it through to them. I got a bunch of texts from Costco, which left me a bit puzzled.

I picked up over 400 Kirkland multivitamins, a brand you often see at Costco. The price was right, and they showed up on time. Mission accomplished.

I reckon Coshos could've done better by mentioning the courier option (I personally like that delivery style), as it might attract more customers.
